Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RestoreBase stores, why it stores it, and how customers can request export or deletion support.
What we collect
RestoreBase stores the Discord user and server data needed to verify members, refresh their authorization, and perform restores later. That includes Discord user IDs, usernames, avatar URLs, verification timestamps, server IDs, selected channel and role IDs, and encrypted Discord access and refresh tokens.
How we use it
The data is used only to run verification, pull verified members, show dashboard history, and support workspace operations like activity review and exports.
How it is stored
Discord client secrets, bot tokens, and member OAuth tokens are stored server-side and encrypted before they are written to the database.
Sharing
RestoreBase does not sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers you configure, such as your host, your database provider, and Discord itself.
Requests and retention
Workspace owners can export member data from the product and can delete a managed server's recovery records from Settings.
For account-level requests, email [email protected].
